Qayd provides a smart accounting application designed to help business owners, contractors, and merchants record financial transactions in natural language, track cash flow and debts, and generate financial statements. Qayd is an operational tool and does not constitute formal legal or tax advice.

You remain the sole owner of all financial data and transactions recorded within your Qayd account. We encrypt your data, do not browse customer books, and never sell your information to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and password.
• You assume full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• Verifying the accuracy of recorded financial transactions is the responsibility of the account owner.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Qayd offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annually). There are no forced lock-in contracts, and you may cancel at any time.

Users agree not to use Qayd for illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to systems, disrupt infrastructure performance, or intentionally enter deceptive records to harm third parties.
